The following Terms of Use (“Terms”) are entered into by and between you (“You” or “User”) and Hylen Group International (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the website located at www.staceyhylen.com, including any content, functionality, programs, or services offered through or in connection with it. By using the website or purchasing our services or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use this site or engage with any of our services or materials.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including coaching frameworks, downloads, recordings, assessments, video and audio files, AI strategies, and custom GPTs—is the exclusive property of Stacey Hylen and Hylen Group International, and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content without our express written permission. This includes but is not limited to: private coaching content, group or mastermind materials, paid courses and trainings, digital downloads, proprietary GPTs and AI resources, and recorded or live sessions and transcripts.

3. Program Access and Platform Use

Access to paid programs, private coaching, or digital products is granted solely to the purchasing user. Sharing of login credentials or redistribution of materials is strictly prohibited. Programs and communication may be delivered via third-party platforms, including but not limited to: Zoom, Go High Level, Google Drive, and Voxer. We are not responsible for outages, performance issues, or data loss caused by these platforms.

4. Use of Custom GPTs and AI Tools

All custom GPTs, AI frameworks, and prompts created or provided by Stacey Hylen or the Company are proprietary tools licensed for your personal business use only. You may not: resell or distribute GPTs or AI-based materials, copy or adapt the underlying structure or prompts, or train other AI models using our proprietary data. Violation of this section will result in immediate revocation of access and potential legal action.

5. Coaching and Results Disclaimer

Coaching and consulting services provided by Stacey Hylen and the Company are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice. You agree that: you are solely responsible for your actions and decisions; no guarantees are made regarding specific business or financial results; and testimonials and examples provided represent individual outcomes and do not guarantee similar success.

6. Earnings Disclaimer

While we may discuss business growth, client acquisition, and increased income, these references are illustrative only. We do not guarantee that you will achieve any specific outcome. Your success depends on multiple variables, including your effort, industry, timing, implementation, and market conditions.

7. Community Guidelines

If you participate in any group program, mastermind, or private online forum facilitated by the Company, you agree to: maintain confidentiality of shared discussions, treat others with respect and professionalism, and refrain from unsolicited self-promotion. We reserve the right to remove users from any program or community for violations.

8. Live Events and Retreats

For any in-person events or retreats hosted by the Company, you are responsible for your own travel, insurance, and health precautions. The Company is not liable for any physical, financial, or emotional injury incurred during or after such events.

9. Purchases and Refund Policy

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated on the specific product page or service agreement. Due to the nature of digital programs and proprietary strategy content, we do not offer refunds except as required by law or explicitly stated in writing.

10. Affiliate Disclosure

We may include affiliate links to third-party products or services. If you make a purchase through these links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We only promote resources we trust and use personally or professionally. This disclosure is made in compliance with the FTC's 16 CFR § 255.5.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stacey Hylen, Hylen Group International, and their affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, participation in any program, or application of any content or advice provided. This includes but is not limited to damages from: lost profits or revenue, platform interruptions or access issues, errors or omissions in content, and loss of business data or reputation. You agree to use the website and services at your own risk.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, natural disasters, pandemics, platform outages, cyberattacks, or labor disputes.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to any part of the website or our services at our sole discretion and without notice, especially in the event of a violation of these Terms or misuse of content.

15. Modifications
